However, if for any reason you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us at bykarelle@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, and at your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned item/s, a refund will be issued for the original order, including the original postage costs.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund for items that have been unwrapped or used.
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days, with photographic evidence at bykarelle@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace the item/s at no expense to you, or to offer a full refund if you prefer.
